fixed some errors in the rulebook. the lookup of the casting value for the spells is still broken. however, this is probably a small error somewhere
deep into the code. at some point, one will have to take care of the rulebook parsing. minor typos in the config file still lead to non-termination
of the parsing, which is very bad style...

added first version of server-side receipient code - still in alpha
phase, but working

added missing file

various api changes, documentation improvements, update of the TODOs, downscaling of the header images, many more things

added some input/output functionality
as well as a "silent mode"
removed the executable flag of syntax.tex
