Commit [r85]  Maximize  Restore  History

fixed some errors in the rulebook. the lookup of the casting value for the spells is still broken. however, this is probably a small error somewhere

deep into the code. at some point, one will have to take care of the rulebook parsing. minor typos in the config file still lead to non-termination
of the parsing, which is very bad style...
