I haven't done it on win64 yet but on a 64bit Linux which worked fine. The thing is that I don't have a 64bit Windows available and I'm not planning on buying a new computer in the very near future, so unless someone sponsors me with a new computer I won't be able to help you out on that one. But if you have compiled stuff before, it shouldn't be too difficult to compile cgkit yourself.
