[Cfunit-public] CFUnit Web Site Launched

The new web site is about as basic as a site can be, after all
everything has to start somewhere. But as basic as it is, it will
hopefully help build some more interest in the CFUnit project.

A CFUnit logo is also in the works which we can incorporate into the
page and other CFUnit material. I will also be looking into more
interesting page designs, so feel free to post your suggestions in the
CFUnit forums.
