Keeps things >Unixy. ;-) Scratch that vote. cdrtools uses LICENSE="GPL-2 LGPL-2.1 CDDL-Schily" while libdvdcss/libdvdread use LICENSE="GPL-2". On the flip, cdrtools is already installed here - and likely a runtime dependency for CDW, else cdrkit which hasn't seen development for a long time. The only other package media-libs/libdvdread pulls in here is media-libs/libdvdcss if the user uses USE Flag css - for which libdvdcss is for DVD decryption. I don't have these last two mentioned packages installed because I don't have *any* free time to watch those DVD Movies, which are encrypted.
