All is said in the title.
If a file has equal in its name, cdrtfe won't be able to read the file in order to decode it before burning.

The following characters require double quotes in a command shell are &()[]{}^=;!'+,`~
just do a cmd /? to find out.
I assume you are doing some sort of shell thing to do your calls to the burning program, etc.
Fixed in cdrtfe 1.4.
