My plans? Good question :) For cdrdao -I think - the short term plans are: - re-enable the rw to rw_raw sub-channel conversion which was part of libedc_ecc and is not re-implemented yet - support P-W sub-channel writing for the generic-mmc-raw driver - support latest cddb protocol level - support extraction of the sector data of erroneous sectors so that the errors can exactly recreated with the generic-mmc-raw driver This should make the normal CD-R/RW recording stuff complete. After that I see following: - implement on-the-fly decompression of audio data (mp3, ogg) - support DVD writing (if I get the required information and access to a drive) There's also a lot to do for gcdmaster: - overall improve the audio editor window (zoom and select on different mouse buttons, more editing function) - implement writing of data to disk: complete image, single tracks with different audio formats, mp3 encoding ... - add a graphical CDDB interface ... and of course the ISO image creation.
