It is ok, then to commit this autogen.sh as:

#! /bin/sh
# Run this to generate the configure script

autoconf
rm -rf pccts
tar xvzf pccts.tar.gz
rm -rf scsilib
tar xvzf scsilib.tar.gz


and if it does not works, at least people gets some help on what to do.
