CDE Calendar Manager still use 32-bit integer (CDE time minimum is 31 December 2037 and UNIX time minimum is 19 January 2038) (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_2038_problem)
Question: What if pass to 1 January 2038 in CDE Calendar Manager?
Some OS will continue support 32-bit (maybe?) example:
--disable-support-64-bit in ./configure --help
It's been known that Dtcm is in dire need of being completely reworked. Namely, the daemon that goes with it has some known security issues. Until someone steps up to basically rewrite this, might be a good idea to uhm, not use Dtcm.
I agree. The same goes for dtmail, dtspcd, and rpc.ttdbserver as well too. I think these should be "retired".
Indeed. Though technically Dtmail could be salvaged if someone were to work on implementing SSL support, but... I get the feeling we're not going to see anyone bother to do so. :(
What if Motif UI get redesign in app?

...huh? I take it English is not your native language?
The UI toolkit has nothing to do with the internal logic of the program. In the case of Dtmail, it needs to be reworked to add SSL support, but then there would be the issue of not being able to handle HTML within emails, which would require adding in some sort of HTML engine. It's a very large ask, and currently I doubt anyone will want to do this, but I could be wrong!
