[Cctools-cchost] cchost italian translation

Hello, I just submitted an italian translation using cctools patch trackers,
and while I translated the entire content of cchost.pot I
did not check all of it in a working enviroment.

Can somebody explain me which is the best way to update the files, when
needed?
Should I submit the new files using patch trackers again?

Because was not easy to translate without a working installation of cchost,
I manage to put one online at cckoko.dreamhosters.com/cchost/, and I was
thinking to translate all I can there so that it could be used as reference
for all the text not included at this time in cchost.pot.

Could be that useful?

Am I making any sense at all ?

Suggestions needed, please..
