Summary: add Team::getShortName(TeamColor)

Initial Comment:
Add a getShortName(TeamColor) method to the Team class.
 The new method is in the same spirit as the existing
getName(TeamColor) method.  Instead of returning "Red
Team", the new method will return "red".  While the
former is better for direct user interaction, the
latter is very helpful in lower-level contexts.

The patch has been tested on Linux (AMD64 and i586) and
Windows.
