HiHiHiHiiHiHiHiHiHiHiHiHiHiiHiHiHiHiHiHiHiiHiHiHiHiHiHiHi
I installed the latest version of butt the other day and it doesn't see my external sound card, alesis io2
To get this new laptop I am currently using, hp, Windows 10 pro. I had to disable the sound in the laptop bios, then update the ASIO windows drivers. Then install AsIo 4 allv2 driver, could then get sound into the laptop after some messing around. So I can record to .wav etc with wavepad or something.
Anyway I then wanted to broadcast to Twitch TV and used OBS for this. Had to install a plugin for this to work with OBS. It's called AsIo 4 obs or something. So I have successfully streamed to twitch through OBS, and now I want to stream some music for my friends radio show, he uses BUTT and I can connect to his server no problems but get no sound going into BUTT.
It sees AsIo io2 but when I select I don't see the vu meters flashing. In fact any option I choose in audio settings make no difference. Primary card, pcm, and io2. If I go in system sounds BUTT is there when the app is open but greyed out (I can't move the slider) but I can choose io2 for input and output but don't make a difference. So is BUTT compatible with ASIO?
Thanks for any advice
