#6 Add configuration for "user name"

Hi,
It would greatly improve the usefulness of the software for certain applications if it were possible for the username that is used to authenticate with the streaming server could be set in the server configuration to something other than the hard coded "source".

The prime motivation for wanting this change is for a multi DJ set up using the server software "Airtime" which allows each DJ to have their own source stream credentials, currently for those DJs that are using BUTT (primarily on windows) we are having to set up custom credentials for each of their shows with the username "source" and a password. You might understand that for 50 or so shows a month this might become a bit wearisome ;-)

I might also add that it is perfectly possibly within a standard icecast 2 installation to configure a different stream source username, and am a little surprised that this hasn't come up before.
