Detection of "dead air" exists already in BUTT as a configurable option. It would be beneficial to extract that status to trigger an external alarm. If the parameter "dead-air" could be added to the status output given with "butt -S" that would be fine, or another means to pass the status to an external program in order to raise an alarm. Thanks!
