#21 Add support for HTTP title sends from automation program

The file metadata option is great, however our needs is for instant title changes so that it can sync up with an overlay provided by the server. We currently use another encoder (which crashes all the time) that has this written in. Many programs support this encoder already so if yours followed the same format it could be a drop in replacement!

I saw in the new version it can get titles a different way, is it possible to add HTTP title change support?
