A Recording/Streaming 'job' scheduler. So we can setup "jobs" to start recording at certain times of the day for 'x' minutes or setup a start and stop time for multiple "jobs".
It seems like this might be handled by --record 1 --record 0 at the command line, similar to the request for a --stream command line request #16. The timing could be done by a cron job.
