#323 Accounts disappear from Split dialog

I am trying to distribute a category into multiple accounts, but when I get into the Split dialog, one of the accounts is never in the list.

    Guess what? I think I figured this out. I could not find that account because I was trying to get the transaction done within that account's transaction window.

    That would do it :-) Sending money from and to the same category is essentially a no-op :-)
