It works for me using Chrome 3.0.195.33 (on Windows 7 pro)

I can reproduce this error on any computers in our company with Chrome 3.xx & 4.xx (with and without extensions).
The way around for us is using IE.
I have only one idea -- different keyboard layout (I use English UK) and/or different regional setting against your test computer.

Looks like this is a dupe of 717? Anyway, I'm having this issue still in Chrome.
