[brlcad-devel] Welcome to bharder and starseeker

I'd like to introduce and welcome Brad and Cliff to the project, both  
of which have been involved in the IRC channel for quite some time  
already.  Cliff's been working hard at helping get BRL-CAD properly  
set up in Gentoo, helping integrate us with the Portage package  
management system ever since we went open source.  Both Brad and  
Cliff are now working at improving the BRL-CAD documentation setup.

The idea is to convert the bulk of BRL-CAD's documentation to a  
'portable' format that can be more readily stored in revision control  
and that can be more easily converted to various other formats.   
Their first steps are to get the bulk of our existing documentation  
converted over to the Docbook format and integrated with the build  
system.  This is a monumental and exceptionally useful goal to say  
the least.  Anyone interested in helping them out with the (massive)  
task is quite welcome to join in on the fun!  :-)  See those two for  
details..
