Good news, Tom!

Looks like I actually had all three stashed away in my personal data archive.  They're terrible scans but legible and even somewhat OCR'd searchable.  I didn't see any mention as to which version of the format they describe, but I didn't read them cover to cover either.

I'll e-mail them off-list given their size.  At some point in the future, I'd like to get them (and the dozens of others I have stashed away) up onto the website into a historic BRL-CAD papers archive.  Probably after the new website comes online later this year...
