Initial Comment:
I have a feature request here. After raytracing, I usually have to set the framebuffer to overlay and then back to underlay so I can change the position in which the object is raytraced.

I suggest to make a button to toggle framebuffer overlay directly in the raytrace menu. That would make work faster.
