Initial Comment:
When using opennurbs_light.h, g++-4.3.1 gives a warning that qualifiers on function return types are ignored for four functions.

The attached patch was run on the opennurbs_light.h with BRL-CAD version 7.12.2:

 diff -u opennurbs_light.h.orig opennurbs_light.h

Applied to SVN as r31504, thanks!

For what it's worth, we usually leave src/other warnings alone since they
are externally maintained.  Changes applied are often lost the next time we
merge with upstream or are often changes that the upstream maintainers have
already made themselves.
