This happens from time to time and is completely out of our control. The
resolve is to either keep trying, use a source tarball instead, or ask one of the
devs for a source snapshot (usually via IRC). You could put in a Sourceforge
support request, but the Connection timeouts rarely last longer than a few
hours. Usually easiest to just wait and keep trying.
Also -- I just checked now, and it seems to be working just fine at least now.
