We have build a new Release V0.0.4.5 from the Media Encoding Cluster, there are many bugfixes and enhancements.
This release is available for Plattforms on GNU/Linux, Mac OS X and Windows.

there have been much effort to bring out the new Release from the Media Encoding Cluster, that is a complete rewrite from the old one.
Important Changes are:
- Core is build on Erlang
- new version from FFMPEG
- New Web Administration Interface
- Integrated JSON API
- Auto Update for the Media Encoding Cluster

with Erlang we are able to bring out a stable, fault tollerant, scalable and distributed environment, with Erlang we dont need extra dependencies to an extra Database or Webserver, we can use the embedded Inets and Mnesia Services.... read more

shortly, i will come out with a pre release of the Encoding Cluster. All i have to do, is to implement an User Interface.
first release will come out for Windows and Linux.
Der Quellcode im SVN Repository ist zur Zeit noch in der Plannungsphase. Er beinhaltet noch einige Trail and Error Passagen, die lassen den Code noch sehr schlecht aussehen. Aber wir schreiten vorran.

Nach einer langen Pause, die durch die Geburt meines Sohnes begründet ist, bin ich mal wieder daran, an meinem Encoding Cluster zu Arbeiten. Freue mich schon auf das erste Release...
