#6 How to load blast results

Dear Brig team,
at first I would like to thank you for this very good job !

is it possible or not to load directly blast tabular output in Brig (option -outfmt 6)
my outputs look like:

Hi,

There are two ways to deal with this, the location you've specified for the output folder will have a "Scratch" folder that has all of the BLAST results cached from your comparison. BRIG will reuse them when redrawing images, You could edit one of those files to show whatever information you'd like.

Also, a simpler alternative maybe to load in custom annotations of the BLAST match co-ordinates. Please see section 8 of the manual, which should be in your BRIG distribution and its also available separately on the files section of this website
