Future feature requests - non urgent:
1. Consider dumping all "bundles" into a single folder (subdirs OK) as I find it quite useful to bundle every couple of hours.
2. Set the default for graphs from SAM files with a maximum determined from the data - i.e. round up the highest observed values to the nearest 100 to get the max value for the graph - same across all rings. In most cases this would be a better default (i.e. currently it gives a plus/minus graph which is not suitable, and I have to change the "default" to a number).
3. Make BRIG remember where your BLAST files were if they were not found first time.
