QA script for verifiction of 3D dose calculation of Oncentra Masterplan

script reads RTPLAN and RTDOSE file from Oncentra Masterplan and recalculates dose

based on catheter points and corresponding radiation times

comparisons between dose of commercial treatment planning system (here: Oncentra Masterplan)

and recalculated dose (as calculated below) are made at identical geometrical

postions, hence the histogram analysis shown in the output is even more stringent than

if any gamma-criteria would have been used

in the output simple statistical data is given, showing also radiation time and catheter

number for verification
