-script recalculates 3D dose distribution of brachytherapy plans from Oncentra Masterplan using RTDOSE and RTPLAN file

1. check_for_data.py should be set up as a cronjob under linux (runs every ~minute) to seach in data export folder for brachytherapy treatment plans that have just been send,
2. anisotropie.txt should be put into the folder where the script code is found (you should of course use the the anisotropie file of your individual source, this code is based on the Elekta Ir-192 source),
3. main program is BRACHY_VERIFY.py that needs RTDOSE and RTPLAN as input file and then recalculates dose based on dose points calculated within Oncentra Masterplan,
4. output is pdf file with simple statistics and histrogram data

The code does not check the current source activity! It recalculates 3D dose based on the RTPLAN data regarding positions and corresponding radiation times and does a scaling of the python-based 3D dose calculation to fit the Oncentra Masterplan dose. Hence this tool does a verification of the 3D dose calculation only.
