#246 Feature request: Ruler, or column guide line

It would be great if Bowpad would have a ruler on top or bottom (showing the column numbers) and/or draw a guide line on a certain column.

Purpose: If we write a program, we often follow the convention to keep the lines below a certain length (often 72 or 80 columns), unless there is a good reason to have longer lines. This can currently be done by observing the
advance of the column count of the cursor, but this is very inconvenient. If a ruler or guide line would clearly mark a certain column, it would be much easier.

Note that I do not ask for auto-wrap here, because there are cases where we WANT to make lines wider than normal.

Under the "View" group there's a "Right margin" control. Enter "72" there and hit Enter.
