OK - I may have sorted that problem, I think apache just got a bit confused - I restarted it & it was fine. However it still wouldn't add stuff to the database - it kept on telling me the email had already been entered when it hadn't. This was sorted by changing the grant statement for the syncit mysql database from GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON syncit TO mysqluser@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'password' To GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON syncit.* TO mysqluser@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'password' Is this reasonable? Are the instructions wrong, or did I do something else wrong? Another question now, regarding use of the client. It picked up my web browsers fine, and uploaded the bookmarks to my server. Is it now possible to get the merged bookmarks back down to my web browsers? I thought this was what it would do, but I can't see how? Thanks! > -----Original Message----- > From: boo...@li...
