I assume you did read README.txt from the distribution? I don't think that 
much more detailed instructions are possible, since we don't know the 
details of your provider: how to transfer files to your account, which 
tools are installed for mysql access and so on.

Perhaps you should use one of the public available servers instead of 
running your own. Without basic knowledge about PHP and MySQL running 
scripts can be a security risk.
