[BMSYNC-USERS] Fixed view.php checked in

Hi,

a fixed and rewritten version of view.php has been checked in. It should 
display fine with current Mozilla and IE versions. Please test it with your 
installed browsers and report whether it works or not.

Here is the changelog:

CHANGED: Folder view is now based on code provided by user 'fmunz' for
mozilla/firebird browser. Tested with mozilla 1.5.
FIXED: IE display bug. Tested with IE 5.0 and 6.0.
CHANGED/FIXED: The list creation from sql resultset has been rewritten
from scratch and should be correct and more robust.
NEW: Debug output.
