[BMSYNC-USERS] view.php permission error

Hi,

My minimal server installation seems to work well.  

However, I can't seem to log in via the webpage.

IE gives:
blank page

Firebird gives:
Warning: open(/tmp/sess_f728c2970b370dd0d7fbc58e586f2c29, O_RDWR)
failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/syncit/www/view.php on line
28
[note this is not the Firebird 'enabled' view.php. It's the one
from the 0.2.2 version of the minimal server.]


I tried reinstalling the whole thing from scratch, but get the same
error.

The offending command at line 28 of view.php seems to be
sessionopen();

Does this have to do with file permissions (set at 775) or MySQL or
php scripting??

How do I rectify this?
