This is IMHO wrong. You may modify GPL code as much as you like, nobody = can force you to distribute anything to anybody. GPL only forces that = _if_ you distribute the binary of a GPL or derived program, you also = must give access to the source. But unless you distribute binaries, nobody has the right to get the = source from you. And execution on a public accessable server doesn't count as = "distribution of binaries". Ciao, Steffen |
