[SYNC-USERS] Problem connecting

I can access my host directly through the browser and it returns the=0D
expected response. When I try the client it says it can't connect=0D
and the debug version of the client never sees a connection=0D
attempt. When I use toybox as my server the client works fine. My=0D
host site uses a url similar to this=0D
<http://999.127.76.107/~xxxxxxxx/syncit/client.php> Is there anything=0D
about the client that would cause a problem with this url... the=0D
tilde or the length???
