In the last CVS release I put back the code for non-us keyboards.
See the Preferences->General->Editor->handleSpecialEuropeanKeys
and Preferences->General->Editor->euroKeysCountry.

If there isn't a mapping that works for slovak, please define
one and I'll add it to Boa. (all the current mappings are contributed)
See Views\StyledTextCtrls.py, line 722 for the mappings.

After adding support for the -*- coding comment I'll
see if I can do something about that.

Boa does not read or use that notation (nor supports BOMs) yet.

I want to improve the unicode support in Boa, but it would be
great if someone who actually uses unicode could help out.
