[Boa Constr] CVS updade

Hello everybody,

I've updated the CVS repository. Could those of you who are CVS enabled
please check it out and give it a go.

Needs wxPython 2.2.5.

Major changes:
* Improvements to the Inspector and Designer
* More component clipboard support
* New documentation
* Anchor integration
* Less old bugs :) More new bugs :(
