Typo, "Only if profit margins are acceptable to their standards". As well, as I had stated, that is not the only fuel, they also invest o the potential that the company has. I really wouldn't worry to much with how much money is made at the start just as long as we have enough capital (savings) to show that there is a high factor for potential. By going public, I mean by allowing people to invest in us on national/ international markets. I was actually going to work for her about two years ago. I got something called a CSC (Canadian Securities course), certificate which enables me to be a financial analyst, but I thought better of it, because I was making more money with the company I was at. They are interested in investing only if profit margins are exemptible their standards. We would have to have proven ability, profit, and statistics to back it all up. As well as marketing plans for the future, and multiple other things that they will need in order to make a decision on the company. This is also a ways down the road. I am only telling you now because it is not only a possibility but also a probability. I have the connection in the company, which is actually a family friend. I also want to make it clear to you though that I do not want to burn this bridge. So it must be gaining profit, and we must compile thousands of stats, before we take it to her. She is a senior broker, about to become partner. This will be easy as long as everything is in place before we approach her. I also stress that she is a family friend, and that will influence the decision. I do not want to lose her trust, as well as the connection within the company. I also want to state that she will invest only once we have plans to go public, and if we can guarantee them some portion of control in the way things are handled. They have connections with multiple other facets that would be able to help with just about every aspect. I also have connections myself, her being one of them, but I will only use them if my connection will not lose anything in the process.
