Currently, the page https://sourceforge.net/projects/bluefish/files/bluefish/2.2.15/ only provides bluefish-2.2.15.tar.bz2 and bluefish-2.2.15.tar.gz files, but no file Bluefish-2.2.15-setup.exe. It is also not on the https://www.bennewitz.com/bluefish/stable/binaries/win32/.

unfortunately there is nobody in the bluefish team anymore that builds bluefish on windows, so there are currently no new bluefish windows installers..
