At the moment you are right :-). In last years I had to choose often the PPA to have the latest Bluefish with Ubuntu. When Bluefish gets an Update before April 2024, I'd like to use it via a PPA, if possible

PPA is no longer required: the current version is available in the main "sources". In terminal, do
$ apt search bluefish
and you'll see it listed. Install with
sudo apt install bluefish

This may be necessary. A new release may come soon.

the new release is out. I'm trying to create a PPA, but Ubuntu keeps rejecting my packages. Working on that..
