#62 Add option (via plugin?) to highlight lines that have been changed since the last commit when in a git repository like gedit as a plugin

I really like the Git plugin for gedit and I'm hoping for this functionality in bluefish. It simply
highlight lines that have been changed since the last commit when editing a file which is under version control by git.
Edited lines have an orange bar at the beginning, added lines have a green bar in front.

That's an interesting feature request. I would also think it's worthwhile pursuing.
