#13 High DPI scaling in Windows 10

When running the latest version of Bluefish on Windows 10 on a laptop with a 4K screen, the text cursor is too small to see easily.

Fiddling with the compatibility settings did not help. I noticed that if the High DPI scaling override is set to Application, then the toolbar icons are all very tiny and the text cursor is normal sized.
