Xenobe ships don't show up in the "Detected Ships" area. I know that they are moving around because they show up in the movement log, but their ships (or planets) don't appear.
Xenobe in the current codebase are broken due to database changes that we did, it was my intention to do a complete new version of them as a plugin, sadly ill health has taken toll which now probably won't happen any time soon.
Oh yeah, try upgrading your scanners on your ship and keep refreshing your page when you in the same sector as the Xenobe ship.

I upgraded a ship to the max, but they still were not there. Must be that broken code.
