#2 Bug while closing Win32 Bitcollider

No

(I'm running Windows 98.)

When I close the Bitcollider (v0.3.1), alt-tab, the windows key, and other such Explorer.exe functions are disabled, and attempting to use them sometimes causes a system crash (usually in kernel32.dll). However, if immediately after closing Bitcollider I just click anywhere (thus switching focus to whatever I clicked on) there are no such problems, so I'd assume it's some problem with Bitcollider not properly releasing focus when it's closed.

Interesting -- how did you invoke the bitcollider? Does the
behaviour change when you invoke the bitcollider from the
desktop vs. from the right click menu?

The failure of alt-tab and such to work seems to happen both when it's invoked from the desktop and when it's invoked from the rightclick menu, though the crashes seem to happen when invoked from the right-click menu. However, I haven't done a whole lot of testing as I don't have a spare computer sitting around and rebooting the one I use gets old quickly. =] One problem might be that while I'm running win98 as the OS, I have the win95 explorer.exe shell installed, so if somebody who actually runs win95 could test that'd be helpful.

I haven't seen anything similar since some earlier builds,
and the shell weirdnesses/crashes only occurred after right-
click Bitcollider launches. (They also only seemed to cause
    a recoverable shell-crash; never a whole-machine crash.)

DOes it make a difference if you close via the "Close"
button inside the window or the "X" close titlebar control?

If there are alternate ways to tear down the window &
program -- perhaps even just a different ordering -- that
    might clear up the problem.
