Iuri, Yes you can do that. Look at this download page http://biosig.sourceforge.net/download.html, it describes several projects. You can use the libraries in project "BioSig for C/C++, libbiosig" to write a C/C++ program that creates GDF files. Libraries exist for both Linux and Windows. Or you could write your program in Python and make use of these same libraries. When your data is stored as GDF, you can use the project "SigViewer" to view the data. SigViewer is already compiled for Linux and Windows. If your ECG files are in a standard format, then you might be able to convert them from that format to GDF using the project "Converter (stand-alone) save2gdf,rec2bin,bin2rec,save2aecg,save2scp". (If you are lucky, you might not have to write a program.) Matlab and Octave are not required to do any of the things I have described. Subject: [Biosig-general] without octave and matlab hi there, How can we use biosig a part from octave or matlab? Can i just use C++ with no other support, but g++, to create a program that reads EEG signals and display them? At what point i need the libraries from them, octave and matlab? iuri ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- Throughout its 18-year history, RSA Conference consistently attracts the world's best and brightest in the field, creating opportunities for Conference attendees to learn about information security's most important issues through interactions with peers, luminaries and emerging and established companies. http://p.sf.net/sfu/rsaconf-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Biosig-general mailing list Bio...@li... https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/biosig-general |
