Summary: combine "cleaning" options for Local URL Format

Initial Comment:
Currently, when generating an autofile format string, I can specify that the generated Local-URL be cleaned by removing ONE OF the following: *none *Braces *TeX *Windows *non-ASCII.  I use 1st Author name in my Local-URLs; most are surrounded by braces in the .bib file, and some contain accented characters.  I can only remove braces OR accents (non-ASCII), not both.
It would be helpful if cleaning options could be changed to checkboxes instead of radio buttons, so that they could be combined.
