Adam, Maybe that's a good idea. Since we've just done a release, it will be a little while until we're due for another. If you think it's time, please do take the initiative. If I get to it, I'll go ahead. I don't know if a more definite plan is needed. As it turns out, there wasn't a problem with openssl---I didn't have the note in my keychain for the signature. I suppose in principle (and maybe it's even likely) OS changes might cause a hassle. But really, it went pretty quickly, up to that last point. It looks like Christiaan has been pretty good about keeping release notes updated. But I don't check too carefully though...maybe that's why there weren't that many this time.
