[Belts-developer] JBoss 3.2.1

JBoss 3.2.1 has been released. Initial tests (a build and quick run) show
that this version is a drop in replacement for 3.2.1. As there are a large
number of bug fixes in this release we should probably make this the base
release for 1.1.
