[Belts-developer] Content Files Created

Hi everyone,

I have just committed the first batch of classes related to the Content =
discussions we had yesterday. These will all appear in the components =
module, in the belts.content package.

I have also checked the current development version of commons-vfs in to =
thirdparty.

These classes and interfaces should be considered unstable while we each =
develop the next bits required. In particular, the Content methods =
related to basePath, package and views will likely change over the next =
couple of days as I implement a FileStore.
