I tested on zaurus sl-1000, zBedic. I=A1=AFm Korean, so I want to make dictionary (eng to eng, kor to eng, = eng to kor) But the first work, that is the eng to eng dictionary. =20 Here, I have some problem. I worked with the manual for the method of make dictionary file. And I followed the manual all. But when I find some word, (for example, applecart, zeitgeist, etc.) they return the error. But I think the file is not wrong.. =20 The dictionary file is here.(maybe download speed is very slow ^^; cause the server is in Korea. sorry.) http://nariya.net/cobuild.dic =20 What can I modify the entry on the dictionary file? Thanks. |

Hi, I do not maintain the OZ/OPIE version of zbedic, so unfortunately I cannot help. I have never heard of such problems under Sharp/CACKO. I would suggest sending this email directly to Hrw (http://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showuser=3D1413), which as far as I know created the OZ/OPIE release. Please include your ROM version and full config. Cheers, Rafal On 3/17/06, Kirk M. In re: http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=3628013 When I originally posted my reply using the version of zbedic you recommended, I hadn't tried anything else on my Z. I quickly discovered that it was "hosed", but thought that I'd done that by experimentation. So I reflashed and, having odd connectivity problems with "utwente.nl" feed, I grabbed zbedic from the hentges feed (an even older version). It didn't update my MIME types properly so I did that manually, and created some symbolic links, and then it could load dictionaries, but (even after loading the unicode font) none of the dictionaries would load completely (about a dozen good entries, the rest missing). I ignored this and worked on other things, making huge progress in my understanding of this device. 15 minutes ago, I decided to wget and install the zbedic package from utwente.nl again, and it hosed the Z again. Specifically, using "ipkg install zbedic.... -d sd" the Zaurus froze (it didn't do this the first time, using aqpkg) After a reset, I couldn't run konquerer (both times) "error while loading...libpcreposix.so.0...no such file or directory" The first time, I fixed this with a symlink, which leads to several more, and then konqueror loads...but internet is borked Zbedic doesn't run unless I fix links to libraries too libstdc++.so.6 etc In addition to konq, it also broke OpieEye, OpieFTP, and tinyKATE. What I'm thinking is, it's because I'm using the card file system (kindof necessary on a 5000D). If this isn't something that you know the solution to right away, perhaps I could help troubleshoot the problem. I do have quite a bit of technical experience. Best regards, Kirk M. Schafer |
